One thing I've noticed is that if the team hurries up to snap the ball just because they don't want to have a play reviewed, the booth usually stops them. So if you were to try to pull a fast one, you'd have to be more coy. You'd have to take your normal pace getting to the line, then snap it right away without reading the defense or anything.
I really think this is something all teams should have a plan in place for. A "review-kill" play, where you just run something up the middle. And you'd have to practice it all coy like that.
Yes, it's manipulating the rules of the game, but that's the evolution of college football.
