Thanks for sharing. Didn't realize the Hawks would be wrestling in Ames on a Sunday.
With any luck they will only wrestle two matches. (Semi's and Finals)

Still hoping for a Carter/Ramos rematch but I doubt they are in the same half of the bracket.

Potential matchup of OSU/OSU is interesting. As much trouble as the buckeyes gave the hawks, and subsequently how close iowa/okie state was, I don't think this match will be close and really only see ohio state winning a single bout (141) and even that will be tough.

They probably won't be on the same side because here is how I see the seedings.

1) Iowa
2) Oregon St
3) VT
4) Iowa St
5) Wisconsin
6) UNI

But I do think Iowa and VT are in the finals creating that Carter/Ramos rematch. Iowa has the weakest Regional of the 4 as well.

Definitely a weak regional for the Hawks. I think UNI will get at least the #5 seed, if not the #4 seed, considering they already beat Wisconsin 25-15 earlier this year. I'm hopeful they have the chance to wrestle the Clones at the Regional's.

its a weak region granted but I think its great for wrestling to open up the bracket, 24 instead of 16 teams is great allowing 8 more programs to gain some national attention and programs on the cusp like a uni will get in when they would not have been invited under the old format. and once u get in who knows what could happen
