Reading bios of recruits . . .

Is there a high school kid in America that Iowa State hasn't offered, or is it merely a coincidence that every kid Iowa has offered also holds an offer from the Clones?

My take FWIW. Say Iowa offers 100 guys and they offer the same 100, Iowa obviously won't get them all, because they can only take ~20. That leaves 80 chances for ISU to get a guy that "picked ISU over Iowa" #cyclonestate

for a school like ISU, it's a good and needed strategy. we all down play ISU, but the reality is that they can boast a pretty exciting schedule. keep in mind that they likely land kids that other Big 12 schools had offered. So, like a previous poster said, if ISU can land the 3 and 4 rated guys that OU, UT, OSU, BU don't sign, they're getting good talent.

A truer statement hasn't been stated as far as how they operate..

I hadn't thought of that, but it makes perfect sense. It's all about messaging (and inferiority complexes).

I'd say it's more likely that ISU just offers any prospect worth offering in a 500 mile radius.

More like 500 mile radius of a high school football stadium in the U.S.

Little brother going to be little brother.

I'm very happy with their recruiting. I honestly don't see the problem with it or why Iowa fans seems interested in it.
