Ray Hamilton ?

Pardon my ignorance, but was Hamilton arrested or ticketed? Major difference between the two. All of the headline I have seen say three hawks arrested. From what I understand he was in a bar under to late underage. Seems to me it would be like a curfew violation not an arrestable law.

Hamilton, 19, was charged with presence on premise (licensed liquor establishment) after hours. He was charged at 12:40 a.m. Saturday at Pints in downtown Iowa City.

Persons under 21 years of age are not allowed in bars past 10 p.m. in Iowa City.

I believe he was just ticketed, but it is an arrestable offence, just they have the option to let you go home without going to the station.
