Also worthy to note from the article: Devine Ozigbo de-committed from Iowa State after getting better offers (and ISU promised he'd be their only RB in the class). I am glad he didn't verbal to Iowa just to change his mind now.

Considering his location, his current offers, and the wording in that tweet his dream offer is either Texas or Oklahoma.

He can have all of the power 5 offers in the world but if he doesn't want to be an Iowa Hawkeye, cut him. If he doesn't want to play at Iowa what kind of effort will he give us before he transferrs?
