Rankings: Hawks 25th in AP; Clones remain at 17

Iowa drops only two spots after ISU loss.

Ohio State, Wisconsin and Michigan State only over B1G teams ranked and they are 3-4-5.

That's about where I figured both would land this week and it's probably about right. I have no doubt that 23rd won't be our highest ranking of the season.

Never thought I would agree with a clone fan but I do agree with this. Friday night wasn't a battle of top 25 teams it was a battle of top 15 teams and it will prove to be that over the course of this year.

It may have been a battle of the top 2 teams, if you ask me--not of just this year, but of the decade.

FWIW, Iowa is the #26 team in terms of votes in the Coaches. None of this matters, let's just go beat a Top 5 and undefeated Wisconsin team on the road.

I hope they stay undefeated until we come calling. I have this notched as 1 of our 14 wins.
