Question on children needing a ticket.

Our 4-year-old will probably be sitting on our lap.
How strict is Carver-Hawkeye, with requiring a ticket, for all who enter?

Strict. But 18 & under is just $5, so no biggy.

I hear that. 'Specially with kids who are out of their seats more than they are in them!
