Just thinking this afternoon.
Is some of the bashing the Big Ten has been getting the last few years from the national pundits, the result of the Big Ten Network??
I smell a conspiracy here. ESPN, CBS, NBC and Fox all irritated since the Big Ten has created its own network, is seemingly making it work and long term will start to take away advertising revenue. Downplay how "BAD" the Big Ten is and try to squash the Big Ten Network??? I think they may be concerned that if the Big Ten Network gets a national footprint they could eventually lose even the "BIG" games i.e. - Michigan - Ohio State, Iowa - Penn State, etc.
