Very proud of these guys tonight. There was a point in that 2nd half that Illinois had so much momentum that I felt it was impossible for Iowa to win. Then they found a way to stop the dribble drive and force Illini into jump shots. Very gutsy performance and it was nice to see them hit free throws down the stretch.

Ok, one negative, I love Fran and all but he has got to use timeouts to stop momentum. That collapse in the first half could have been avoided with a few timeouts.

But I am thrilled with the win!
