Trying desperately to get Purdue to 6-6 to get another B1G team into a marquis bowl game. It's all about the Benjamins and I can't even be upset with this loss. It's so transparent that that is what happened. Ferentz wasn't outcoached and we weren't outplayed. The INT on the pass to Hockenson was blatant pass interference, but it went uncalled. Gotta protect the conference.

I hadnt seen this post before today so I have to say yes the officials missed that call. But no the games are not rigged to get an avg Purdue team into a bowl it is just that the officials are sometimes bad or just miss a call.

I have seen a lot of really poor officiating in person in Kinnick and on tv, probably to worst calls are the blatant holding calls that are missed vs the called phantom holding calls.

They helped Iowa crush OSU so no one would play up in Bowl games.
