I could not believe the mileage this undocumented report of Brian F being the receiver coach got. Incredible the amount of people posting what-ifs and who would coach what positions and all the potential shakeups.
Crazy that people would use so much energy on such an unsubstantiated rumor. Not just a rumor but unsubstantiated.
I like talking about what we see and know, like when our QB is not getting it done but they take every snap, then asking "wtf is up with not trying another player"
Nobody wants to let things play out they always want to be 1st to guess right. I think Kirk has fun with that to an extent and having built fort kinnick the way he has allows him to do that. I don't think that's a reason he does things the way he does. But a side effect of it he may or may not be is to get a kick out of watching people chase ghost stories.

Jon, would you expect a Wr. coach will be hired as soon as the position had been posted for the full term of 6 weeks or sooner than that?

the sooner the better as far as recruiting is concerned. unless we have a full boat, we need our coaches out there recruiting.

As far as I know, Jon Alt does not post here. And no, HH and I are not one in the same. For me to create an alt for the purposes of flaming people, doesn't make sense..if I felt they needed flaming, I'd just ban them
