Posting times

Not that its a big deal, just kinda confused.. Why when I look at the latest post does it say 12:57 pm and my computer time shows it to be 12:05 (just an example)????

I know you have to set your timezone on your cpanel, but I would think that would be only whole hours off. your post shows 12:04 to me.
