=blow out on home court. Just one of those nights where things got away from us and ISU hits the 3 against us in the typical fashion that happens when Iowa opponents go off on us from the 3 point line.

It is disappointing and embarrassing. Sick thing is we could play this game over and ISU could just as easily not hit the broad side of the barn.....sad thing the same would be true for us.

There are a lot of basketball games to be played and in one or two of those games, even some of the good ones get killed. That happened to us tonight. I said it at the end of the North Carolina game and I'll say it now. One game in basketball doesn't really mean anything.

That said. This one hurts and it's very, very concerning to see our cold shooting continue. We've got to start hitting some shots or there's no way we're making anything but MAYBE the NIT (because a team who consistently shoots in the 30's whenever they play good teams isn't making any kind of postseason)

Please don't expect this team to shoot well especially in big games. We've seen the same poor shooting play out over multiple seasons now. When you shoot poorly let your athletes take over instead...oh wait we don't have shooters or athletes - well we're screwed.

It's 100% our inability to shoot the ball right now...

Every other thing that collapses is a result of the slow mental implosion of having no confidence.

Well, it's not 100% due to poor shooting.

The leader of the team had two turnovers in the first 90 seconds of the 2nd half.

The PG got stuffed (for the 514th time in his career) at the rim to end the 1st half and didn't make it down the floor to play defense.

Same stupid stuff by upperclassmen.
