You extend the season for the top 4 teams by one game. A bracket game with the higher two getting the home game.
So at the end of everyones season and the last game has been played , all the polls are out, extend the season one more game for the top 4 teams.
1-4 in the polls with the #1 team hosting
2-3 in the polls with the # 2 team hosting
the winner of these 2 games play for the NC and the other two play in the respective bcs tier bowl games.
So according to the BCS rankings
Florida would host Iowa
Alabama would host Texas
