And he has never been mentioned in our search. Just wondering aloud......

I still have to believe Drew is the target. Gregory may be 2nd, but I still say the order of precedence is:

Drew
Gregory
Forbes
Wojcik

And they are all still playing. Don't bet on an announcement before next weekend.

I'd be ok probably with anybody on that list right now, but I am pouring my heart and soul into praying for it to be Drew.. Yet I've got the sinking feeling that we aren't hearing anything because simply nobody is interested. Then the optimist in me comes out and says that Barta is just keeping everything tightly wrapped and knows what he's doing. After all, how many of us heard squat about Lickliter being contacted before he was announced? That came out of nowhere. So just because we aren't actually hearing something doesn't mean it isn't happening behind the scenes.

I just don't know what to believe right now.

This is torture.

I'm in the camp of "we're not hearing anything because the targets are still coaching"...not to mention, we're talking about "Fort Kinnick" here...it's no surprise that there's nothing solid floating out there yet...patience everyone...patience. It'll all be over with soon enough and then half of us can b!tch about whoever gets the job and the other half can say it's a great hire!

LOL.. I hear what you're saying. When Lick was fired, I remember posting that I thought it would be at least 2-3 weeks before the next coach is announced. It's just painful hanging in there. :D

I hear ya...I don't expect anything til at least next week and yet I keep checking in here to see if there's any breaking news, only to once again wonder why I keep doing it...:eek:
