PG prospects for 2011

Who are we still in on for point guards for this weeks signing day? I've heard about Carter, Stokes and some JC's. Do we have a shot at them or is there anyone else we are in on? I think a lot of people are overacting about this recruiting class. We still have a very good shot at having a very solid class. If Fran has trouble with recruiting for next years class then people can worry but he's only been here a year and it takes time to develop relationships with recruits.

Phillip Miller at Dallas Carter (TX) is who I want to see get an offer if he qualifies (I believe I read that he took his ACT's today). His game got me excited, and not that long ago he seemed to be waiting for an offer from Fran.

If we land Olaseni, Miller, and Hubbard, I'd feel pretty good about this class (though I am still a little leery of Hubbard, whether that's fair to him or not).

Miller took his ACT yesterday. Should get his scores in a few weeks or so, but what I'm afraid of is that we may not have any officials remaining by the time the scores come in and he would have to take an unofficial.

Who is Pierre Jackson's guardmate at CSI? I think he's in the running.

Carter likes to post pictures about the Hawks but we're not even hearing about visits with him.

Fran, appropriately, can't wait on Miller. If he's still there with a qualifying score in a few weeks and Fran hasn't nailed down a pg, then Miller's got a scholarship at Iowa, I bet.

There has got to be a legit DI pg talent out there in either the juco or hs/prep ranks.
