And make it so the threads don't show up in the most recent thread list. It can very depressing. Maybe in a couple of days they'll be entertaining in their extremism. Right now, they **** me off, but like a moth to a flame, I cannot resist reading them.

People will shake it off. Some need to vent and as long as they don't cross a line, whatever. Some will wake up and realize they did, and won't be posting here anymore. Few of those thankfully, but I havent delved into the game thread yet.

Good luck with that one, Jon, I definitely don't envy you there.

I did most of my real venting with my dad and a friend who came over to watch the game. My initial reaction was pretty much the same as the majority around here. But once I got that stuff out of my system, I could see this game for what it was: a very good team that simply dug itself too big of a hole. Now if we can't clean up the special teams, then the extremists may get the last laugh, so to speak. But if we can get that shaped up heading into Big Ten play, then this can still be a Rose Bowl season for us. I'd love to be able to have a rose stuffed in my pocket at the OSU game, waiting to maybe throw it out on the turf.

I am not about to read the game post. I never do on a loss. The sad thing about tonight was that we KNEW our special teams was suspect and even worked on it. But, it was better in the second half.

MUCH better. Maybe getting punked on special teams is what it takes to get it through that they have to focus and execute just as much as the offense or defense. I was definitely encouraged by their second half performance, going forward.
