This i know .... barta wants a coach with experience with a proven track record, if he dosen't get one of those types to bite he will go after less proven canidates and all of theses people will have warts of some kind. Whether it be who they are tied too or they're experience level. Then it comes down too who barta feels more comfortable with and who wants it the most.
