I personally would not. Coaching football and working in a factory are obviously two very different things, but I give it all I've got everytime i step in the door. I absolutely cannot stand and have no respect for lazy people who don't care about their job and only show up for the paycheck.

Kirk has his strong points no doubt... he has had some great seasons.

But his teams under achieve much more often then they achieve or over achieve.
