Our Bigs need to use their bodies better to be open underneath

We are not getting the inside baskets in the half court from the bigs.

Sometimes the entry passes are a little off but most times the bigs arent moving their feet enough getting the defender on their back.

And there are many times each game where marble, gesell or others go to pass the ball inside and the bigs head to the basket too early and get caught underneath.

I hope Oleseni and Woody really hit the Big Man camps to work on this.

We need this type of inside presence to take the next step.

Very much, I agree, he plays big, he can play with his back to the basket or facing it from 15-18 feet.

Not having a starter for most of the game hurt
Yes all of that and Zach was forced to play more. I appreciate him coming in, stirring things up and making a couple of hustle plays. He's just not the type of guy you want to play major minutes for you. Apparently Fran felt he was the best option today without Mel.

Also, what's up with White?

For one thing, he's not looking much for shots. He got off only 5 shots in 30 minutes and I'd say he attempted 3 of those in the last 10 minutes of the game. He is not very aggressive lately, not getting good position in the block, and gets bottled up a lot when he dribble-drives into the paint. He did not attempt one free throw today. When is the last time that happened?

I think White has given up on shooting the 3 Ball, but he needs to can a couple of them and he needs to try to hit a couple of pull up jumpers after a couple of dribbles. Every team is playing him to only drive to the hoop and they wait for him.

With Wisky shooting 60+ % in the first half there were not many fastbreak and garbage shots for White.

We need him to snap out of it....now
