I don't think we would face a very motivated Nebraska team in the bowl game if it ends up being them. This loss is a major disappointment for them I'm sure.

Pelini is not KF....he will have them up. They will see film on how we wilt under an attacking defense. I'm not over confident in our ability to game plan for this matchup.
We should expect Martinez will be healthy and back full speed.
Which essentially means we'll make him look like Michael Vick when the Eagles played the Redskins a few weeks back.
I think Iowa matches up well with Nebraska on both sides of the ball. Iowa's Defense IMO matches up much better for what Nebraska wants to do then Mizzou...
1 - Nebraska did NOT sit on the ball at the end of the first half with a 17-17 tie. Instead, the Huskers drove down and kicked a go-ahead 42-yard FG. (This is NOT the Iowa way under Coach Ferentz. We'd have taken a knee or two and raced to the lockerroom happy to be tied.)QUOTE]
I'm not to sure that Nebraska would have kept that pace up after the sack if OU didn't call the timeout. OU's timeout forced Nebraska to continue in that mindset to move the ball. I contend that if OU didn't call timeout they would have let the clock run after that sack.
