Other Teams and Staff

Looking at our staff and your normal Top 10 program's staff are we lacking in staff when comparing ourselves to those programs? Does anybody know do those programs have a special teams coach and or a QB coach or are they just shared duties like ours?

Usually special teams are coached by either the head coach or another position coach.

We need both for sure!!! Plus new O/C and a named D/C to take over for Norm.

All programs have limitations as to the number of coaches on staff:

1 header
9 assistants
2 GA's

They can be split up at the head coach's direction...but depending on how the GA's are used, there almost would have to be some sort of shared duty somewhere (i.e. Special teams coach might also be the WR coach).
