I don't see another forum to place this in that is fitting. The Hawks and Gophers are battling live on the Big 10 Network right now in Bloomington at the Big 10 Tournament. Varments have a 2-1 lead in the 2nd inning.

We play the winner of the Northwestern/Maryland game (they play the early game Sunday) whoever wins that one Iowa plays after that game, so tomorrow-Sunday.

Looks like we will either play Northwestern or Maryland. Their game was postponed so they play at 8 am our time. The Championship game is 40 minutes after that game concludes. it will be on BTN. NW is the 7 seed, Maryland the 4.

He will be the starter, but he kind of had to "wear one" as they say in his first start. Heller knew if they were to go deep, having his ace have a short outing in game 1 would be trouble. So Gallagher ended up going 6 innings giving up 8 runs on about 100 pitches. So it isn't like he is super well rested, as that was on Thursday.
