Oregon senator upset Ducks' 2015 class has no in-state signees

I saw this on Yahoo Sports. So some teams dont even have to recruit instate. Oregon got kids from all over the country and this senator is not happy about zero Oregon kids signed.

If they aren't good enough, they aren't good enough. It shouldn't matter where they're from.
