if he came back he'd have a shot at a title, now he might not even get drafted.

I saw this I figured he must have not done to well in school or something. He isn't a NFL QB, but maybe seeing how bad Tebow throws it inspired him.

Joe Schad said it was because Thomas was going to be fighting for his starting spot with a young guy who's supposed to be really good. And in the comment he made, Kelly didn't seem to think Thomas was ready. He's pretty accurate, but he doesn't have the arm and he's never had to make NFL reads before. Newton at least had two of those skills coming in.
