Never won one outright.... that is about as good as a conf tourney champ. Don't get me wrong I can't stand stevie but I think iowa fans should b the last people on earth making fun of a school for sigining a long term contract for a coach that really doesn't deserve it.

Its like comparing apples and hand grenades.

Undebatable KF deserved a contract extension...that said...never smart to give that long of a contract...

Well, at least Ferentz got a share of the regular season title. But this ***** says he won the "championship" after his miracle run. He even disgusted other Big Ten teams with his championship talk. Fing *****!

It's the buyout that's the problem. Regardless, this thread need not be hijacked comparing Le Fraud to Kurt. Kurt's legacy is summed up by the renovated Kinnick stadium, sold out season tickets, and glittering new football complex, not to mention the hundreds of thousands of dollars he's donated back to the U, the countless hours he's spent comforting people (mostly kids) at UIHC, and his general classy representation of this school. WTF did Stevie Munster leave behind?
