Not the same complete team, but members of this squad have been there before. As bad as we played and as horrible as the officiating was, we closed the gap big time on their home court.

Iowa will likely beat Michigan by double digits in Carver. Staskiss will not nearly seem as God-Like in Carver.

Flush it and go beat the Nerds down and then pay back time against Sparty.

They were also without their starting PG. Iowa is going to have to come up with a better plan for Staskus in IC. That guy can play and as evidenced by his performance at the Kohl Center, road games don't seem to be a big deal right now.

Take it as you will I guess. But, I did not say they are the same team. But, they do have players on this team that have been there before and Michigan has had the recent success on a national scale. Taking everything into consideration (their undefeated start/playing them there) and how poor we played tonight, I feel good about our chances in Carver. I think we will get them by double digits there.

We lost to a good team on the road.....and we did not match the championship intensity needed to pull out a game like this on the road. This is what probably separates this Iowa team from being 1-3 seed and a 4-5 seed.

But, we are still not quite there in terms of being that team that can go out and get the job done when and wherever.
