Coaches are already rich... they care largely about their legacy.

The best way to leave behind a legacy is to build a program up from nothing.

Once you have done that, to try to go do that again means risking your legacy... IMO this makes Pearl and Drew unlikely.

Well - Pearl might be in a place where a legacy could be built and it has...in womens basketball. The court is named after the the womens coach. So can there be another legacy built in the same place within the same sport? Also I don't think Baylor is a longterm legacy building place for Scott Drew....Why not Iowa. Pearl is a longshot hire for Iowa. If Drew is a candidate you have a good shot!!
