One thing that keeps getting lost in all of this

Is the pure hatred that was spewed towards the Big10 Network when it first got under way. I found it kind of ironic that because of the network the athletic programs are making 10s of millions of dollars and are now in a position to court a NE or ND. Add in the fact that everybody was complaining that Comcast, Dish Network and a few other programmers refused to add the B10 network. After expansion every cable company and satellite provider will carry the Big10 network in their basic package. Funny how a channel that few were in favor of in the beginning is controlling the destiny of an already great conference.

I didn't know of too many fans that were hating the BTN. They were hating the fact that they were in the middle of a pi$$ing match with the BTN and the cable companies. I have Dish, so I didn't care.
