this season and however you look at it it does not reflect well on Coach Ferentz. Now I am making the assertion that this team quit at some point following the MSU game. If it wasn't the IU game it was more than likely the Northwestern game.
Anyway, one of the following happened and I am not sure which is worse:
1) Iowa's players 'quit' on the season and Ferentz didn't recognize it
or
2) Iowa's players 'quit' on the season, Ferentz recognized it but couldn't do anything to 'bring them back'.
However you look at it there was a big lack of chemistry/mojo in the last half of the season (and it may have been there prior and winning simply masked it) and that isn't the Iowa way.
