Old BCS vs. New BCS

In 2004 the BCS tweaked its formula to give more weight to the voters. Prior to the tweak the Computers had more weight. With Okie State winning the computer vote, would they play for the National Title under the old formula?

It wont be easy to figure out since some of the formulas are secret...
