- Iowa tradition and coaches are never going to get Iowa's top talent consistently. If we can't get Iowa's top players, where do you think that puts us with out of state players. If the stars line up and get a few lucky upsets and an exceptional class we MIGHT get to Final 4 every 20-30 years. Probably now get to big dance 75 percent of the time. Big Ten champs every 10-15 years. Play competitive games is hope every season.
