Official NCAA RPI rankings

You do realize there is no human intervention to the RPI rankings right? The RPI is all about win percentages.

Several teams with better win percentages are ranked below these three teams, some well below.

Your own win percentage is only 25% of the RPI, 50% of it is your opponents win percentage, and the last 25% is your opponents opponents win percentage.

We will end up a 6 seed if we beat Illinois and win 1 in the BTT...so who really cares. Hearing Iowa called on Selection Sunday will force me to crack a beer and possibly make me cry..this has been a long time coming. RPI can suck a fat one

I'm guessing these next 2 games will improve our RPI even if we lose them both. That's how the dumb RPI works.

No, at this point in the season our own win percentage moves the rank more than anything. The other 2 don't move the rank as much since the numbers are large.

Whoever thought how your opponents opponents do should be worth 25% of your ranking must be pretty smart.

It does slightly balance out those that schedule games against crappy teams that end up with winning records because they play an easy schedule. Not much though.

Hawks RPI should be better but honestly compared to last year's 70+ deal, were sitting ok.
Not sure why y'all are complaining.
