24-14 IOWA. Both teams have turnovers but IOWA's D is solid and Goodson is a workhorse. Petras doesn't do anything special but he's solid with no major mistakes including a nice TD pass to LaPorta.

I like this. But you forget the fact that we will be grinding it out to keep Minnys offense off the field. And Minnys defense will allow us a few 7 minute drives.

I see more of a 28-17 type score.

I'm all for getting ISM touches, but let's not focus too much on one guy. The offense looked pretty effective last week in his absence. Looking like low 30s for the game tnite. The field has heating coils, but cold hands will be a factor. Turn overs could determine this game.

1st drive should set the tone. If we march down as easily as we did against MSU right away like that I like our chances to take care of buisness. If we are sloppy turn it over and do stupid crap then we could keep them in it. But I don't think that'll be the case. They just don't seem to be any good at all.

Minnesota has a really bad defense. We have a bad offense. This game is anyone's guess. Can Petras finally throw the ball accurately? Will Brian unleash a more creative offense, or will we see the same grade school bullshit we saw against Purdue and Northwestern?

Pretty much the same story the whole year.....if we win the turnover battle, we will win the game.

Petras MUST calm down and quit throwing fastballs into coverage. Horrible quarterbacking so far, IMHO. Manage the game!!!
