Odd add for cheap Iowa tickets

Anybody near Waverly up for an adventure? :D This is on Craigslist tonight:

I have a pair of Iowa hawkeye season tickets... Don't want them. Got them for my husband as a surprise but he is being rude so I'm sellin them. We are going to be up late tonight so feel free to drop by anytime before 1 am. Address is 902 Cedar river drive # 3. Not going to be on the computer again tonight so just drop by.

Oh, this guy isn't going anywhere near it. There are about three outcomes here and the good one is the least likely. Hope we don't read about some fool tomorrow in the paper!

Guy loses $50 and gets something he did not want in return.
 
What if the wife is smoking hot and wearing a whip cream bikini when you get there plus you get season tickets for $50.
