This was very good. If you're into breaking down plays and looking into how it all develops this is a tremendous read. If you're into funny stuff, this is great for you.

One more comment on it... The last play shown; does Ferentz and Tobin just pull/block down to counter the D-alignment (Tobin blocks down on the tackle - Ferentz pulls around him to the 2nd level)?

It's a "fold call" and as you said it is intended to counter the DTs alignment. Iowa makes a fair number of micro-adjustments throughout the game up front and it helps keeps the DL honest. Otherwise they'll shoot gaps on you all day long. Mixing in fold calls they risk totally opening up a gap doing so.
