one will suffer their first loss, one will get their first win. Hope it ain't Nebby, lol!

I guess I am pulling for Purdue, but Northwestern seems to have a tougher slate of games remaining and may have a couple losses after that.

Go PSU.

It's painful to say this, but I don't see how we make up 2 games to win the division regardless of the fact we still have Wiscy on our schedule. WIth that said I'm pulling for Purdue and PSU (not sure I've ever said that) simply because I despise Fitz and Frost and not a fan of either program.

Really sucks because Iowa runs over both of them right now (PU and Northwestern).

That is how you score and can win against jNW, 4th and 1/2 a yard, play action but throw it 15 yards instead of 1 yard.

We should have never lost either game. We have the better team, but alas after twenty years of this (with the exception of a couple of years) you just learn to expect this as par for the course. Such a bitter pill for me to know every season that there is highly likely probability that this is going to happen. Yet the powers that be and apparently the core of the fan base find this as acceptable.

Competitive, good at times, but never great.

Try to open your mind to what happened this year; or, in reality, what didn't happen. You got a new quarterback who had very little practices with the first team and no Non-conference games! Quit whining! Be thankful we got any football at all and that nobody died!

They said on the "Final Drive" that Penn. St. (our next opponent), can move the football. They became the 1st (?) team in the last 100 years to outgain 2 of their opponents by 200 yards each and lose both games. I'd guess turns and FG's instead of TD's are their problem.
We know all about kicking FG's instead of punching the ball into the end zone from 2 years ago.
Don't make the mistake of thinking that an 0-4 Nittany Lions team is terrible.
If I am James Franklin, I'm throwing caution to the wind on both offense and defense. They have nothing to lose and will be out for blood against us!
I hope our coaching staff is prepared for this Saturday.
Coaches: don't make me yell at the tv screen again.
