no excuses, that simply just should not happen at Texas, ever.

I would guess that the Texas recruiting classes four and five years ago were rated in the top ten nationally. You see a lot of angst about Kirk not getting 4 and 5 star recruits very often and yet three were drafted from this years seniors. It proves one of many things; the recruiting experts are not experts, high school players are not fully physically ready at 18 and can be developed, and some recruits plateau shortly after high school.

To me, that means that there's a lot of talent coming back and they will be scary good next year.

There were 6 5-star players and too many to count 4-stars in their 2010 class that would have been seniors this year. Worst talent development in history?
