What happened at the end of the season.. if we can make a run now.

I'd really be selling that if I was Fran.

New season...new record... new stats.

Start all over.

Okay, so if I got this correct winning games=good and losing games=bad?

That's a good start... but no you really didn't have "It correct"

But no winning games in the tournament will wipe away what happened at the end of the season.

Hence no one will care anymore about that slide or lost rankings, ect ect.

Point was this team could mentally start over... could.

I mean if you want to be asinine about it EVERY post anyone makes boils down to winning = good losing = bad.

It might be Speraw making that speech. I would go with the "everyone is picking you to lose, let's go prove everyone wrong" speech.

Pretty sure we're way past speech time. Either this teams sacks up, or we'll see the same garbage product we've seen the last 7 games. Given evidence to this date, I'd expect nothing but the latter.

You can try to sell all you want, but unless the people you are selling too are actually buying, you will not get any kind of return.

Listening to Dakich last night talk about Iowa last night, Fran is going to literally have to sell refrigerators to Eskimos, cause he made it sound like players have checked out.

Maybe the time off will allow them to check back in. In the case of Tennessee, they were playing for their coaches job. Those kids responded pretty well. Guess will see how the Iowa kids respond.

I agree with BTC. If this team makes a run that is what will be most remembered. Similar to what we all remember about 2006, it is about how it ends.

This team has the tools, we have seen what they can do when hitting on all cylinders. I just don't know if they can put it back together.

They need to play ballhawking m2m defense and stay agressive on offense. I think White is the key that unlocks the pandora's box to a deep run. The team goes as he goes. Marble is consistent but the team needs that second player that can be counted on and White has been MIA for a long time.

As always Go Hawks!

If they can buy it or not... remains to be seen. It's sure hard to imagine right now.

But that's on them more then the coaches - they've got to get those chins up, get angry and stop moping around.
