God forbid we try to change things up a little after 3 dumpster fire performances in a row.
In 2012 KF had an "excuse" to not change up anything, personnel-wise, as we were breaking in 2 new coordinators and a host of other positional coaches. There is no excuse now. The bottom line is that the 1st team isn't doing what it takes to get it done. Seeing as how we couldn't play much worse than we have the last 3 games, there's nothing much to lose in letting the starters know that nothing's guaranteed.
But I guess those Ferentz Union Cards that get handed out at the start of each season must have something in the fine print that says "Non-Cancelable".....
