I am with everyone that I am little underwhelmed.
That being said, I really think it will be a key next couple weeks.
We need to keep the key current players and he needs to show the ability to recruit the current players as well as the recruits signed to retain these commitments to the program. The last thing we needs is the lack of a NAME hire and then to loose players. This would have been similar to our prior position with Lick.
Next, hopefully he gets a staff together that brings strong Midwest recruiting and some Iowa ties. I think that will help bond the program to the fan base.
