New & Update slogan for 2010 FB

Rich Kaczenski, D-line coach has suggested to Norm that perhaps he should update his Defensive slogan for 2010.

When looking ahead to the 4 Front line returning to the Defensive line, they needed to update this thing a bit.

Apparently, it's now, '4 to 4.5 seconds of HE**'

Jon: We have had some terrific defensive lines, with the likes of Roth, Babineax, Luebke, Claas, COLIN Cole etc.

However, the athleticism and strength of this front 4........is wow. Let's just say I think some Defensive Coordinators on Sundays would be happy with this group.
