I have been expressing in recent weeks that I felt it would be Kelvin Bell. We talked about it on the recent podcast (if you like recruiting, Jon and I dedicate some of the pods to it). I've received some real positive feedback from recruits with whom he's spoken. He's been the on-campus recruiting coordinator. As you can see here, that job has been posted http://ncaamarket.ncaa.org/jobs/7924898/director-of-on-campus-recruiting So, unless Kelvin is leaving, signs point to him being the new recruiting coordinator.
