Not a surprise. CBS is known for getting it right.
It is crazy. He's going to be a 2nd-3rd round project. High risk, high reward type. He's got tremendous physical talent, with speed that is rare for someone his size, but his routes are still pretty sloppy and his hands aren't consistent enough to warrant a 1st round pick. If he goes to the right team though, he could become a monster.
For Butler its all about his combine. His game tape will have GMs attention already. If he runs in the 4.5s with a good 10 yard split he'll be a 1st round pick.
Regarding the lack of TEs. Its not a premium position in the NFL. Its like RBs. You can find good players there on day 2 and 3. Why use a 1st round pick on one?
