New 2011 visitor on campus

Ross Travis is in town from Chaska, MN (tweeted by mn rivals site). He is potentially the top prospect in MN for 2011. According to Rivals he current has offers from UNI, ISU, and is being looked at by Kansas, Georgetown, Gonzaga, etc.

I just touched base with my MN connection as he thinks Ross has a major upside, however, has been hampered greatly by back issues which caused him to miss a portion of his junior season. He has good mid range game and is a long and good defender.

I made a statement to try and disparage Anthony Tucker and Royce White, that in turn did not accomplish that objective. Something along the lines that you have to watch out for the recent top talent from Minnesota, have some character issues.
