Need a week off..

It's hard to have to take a week off after a bad loss like this.

But I think the team needs it - they just look sluggish the last few games and the defensive intensity is way down.

We do need a week off it seems. This one was tough to watch. Really need a win next week, a convincing one would be really nice and hopefully sparks a solid March.

For all the talk of "effort", "lineups", etc. Free throws and shooting well below avg (admitting that it would be hard to keep up the shooting pace if mid season) is the difference in the last 2 losses.

The intensity of each game, physically grueling on players & staff. They need this bad. They need to get back to having fun. There's a lot left to win for. The B1G is still right there, seeding is crucial. There is a lot left to fight for.They know it & we know it. Whew, I need a beer. It's gonna be a battle from here on out.

I'm confident we will win at least 3 of our remaining games and most likely all 4. Michigan State brought Wisconsin back down to earth. And Wisconsin has a game against Illinois this weekend so we not only have the extra rest but a lot more prep time for the Iowa vs. Wisconsin game...not that this game ever did worry me.

It is imperative that we win at least 3. The idea of Michigan State somehow getting a piece of the regular season championship makes me want to vomit. The idea of Indiana winning it outright makes me want to vomit. If we don't win 3 out of 4 I think I may vomit.
