KF may need to go. That said, going 9-3 7 years in a row is not mediocre in any rational scenario, unless you are an absolute elite, perennial top 10 program.

Buy out is also 1/3 of Kirk's. No way Barta fires Kirk without approval to spend the money and the admin sees dollars only, every year tons of it comes in so they don't see any reason to change. I would love to know Barta's real thoughts on Kirk.
