Nebraska has also shown one way to stop Wisky's center who shoots well from the outside and down low. With junk defenses. With double teams. Get the ball out of his hands. No man-to-man defense. Especially not Iowa's man-to-man with Woody and Gabe.
An opponent can double team Wisky's center because, lets face it, not all of Wisky's players are athletic/scorers.

I'm saying that Nebraska beating a high RPI team like Wisconsin will help Nebraska's RPI...
Nebraska having a high RPI will help ours.
Really not hard to understand imo.

Yeah, Nebraska being Top 50 RPI now is a good thing for our resume, obviously. Problem is, our recent slide is trumping that. Our tournament stock is dropping quicly - down to an 8 now according to Lunardi.

We only played Nebraska once. We played Wisky twice. Having Nebraska win hurts our RPI because whatever we gain in strength of schedule is lost 2x on Wisky's rankings going down.
