Nebraska vs OSU

Who saw that Nebraska was going to actually be good this year? Their coach should be the COY in the Big 10. I hope he doesn't stay their very long. Otherwise we will be dealing with Nebraska in basketball. I was looking forward to them being a yearly doormat, but as long as Miles is there, it ain't happening.

I don't see Miles leaving any time soon. They just got brand spanking new facilities that are state of the art and some of the best in the nation. Earlier this year they were showing the inside of their facilities and my jaw just dropped. Nebraska basketball is very close to taking off in a major way, especially with Tim Miles at the helm.
I guess its good for the big ten, but then again...f*** Nebraska.

I actually like Nebby kickin OSU's a$$.....since we screwed the pooch, I hope Nebby keeps it going....I hope Iowa is watching closely, see this is what happens when teams play together, they all win & they all lose as a team....All I can say is that Iowa better $hit or get off the pot in years to come......every team has a slide during the season but Iowa's seems to be ridiculous

everything is really falling our way to keep us out of the bubble... weird season.
Still don't matter...Nebby's performance over the past several weeks (and in the BTT) should get them a spot ahead of Iowa. It won't, but it should. The defensive intensity they displayed at the start of the second half was damn refreshing considering the garbage we've been watching. If Nebby could've inbounded the ball without turning it over 5 times they probably walk away with a W today. Pretty sad day when Hawk fans envy Nebraska...in basketball.

Lunardi now has Nebraska on the bubble, along with the Gophers, and still has Iowa as a LOCK.

I quit watching the Ohio State at Michigan State game with about 5 minutes left...read the next day they lost in OT. When I was thinking about switching to another game I remembered that OT game and continued to watch. Illinois and Nebraska both let one get away today...which helps us Sunday.

I understand that. Other teams winning conference games and/or tournaments does impact seeding among other things. Should I have said those teams losing hurts us on Sunday?

It's because their athletic department is willing to spend serious cash to win even with a program that has been dreadful. And look at what it does when you spend serious cash to be the best? Gary Barta should take note.
