Nebraska basketball has to be wondering

I don't think the Nebraska program/university/fans knew what they were getting into with Big Ten basketball. They finished what they probably figured was a tough B12 conference last year at 7-9 and will most likely finish in the cellar of the Big 10 this year.
Anybody hang around Nebraska fans enough to know what they thought coming in compared to what they think now?

they dont care. they've been horrible at basketball since always. dont forget that they have NEVER won a tournament game. NEVER! like not even accidentally once. they're just going to be consistently at the bottom of a different conference now.

They are finding out what happens when they play in a real basketball conference. No more of this middle of the conference finishes like they had last year.

They have NEVER won an NCAA tournament game. NEVER. I'm pretty sure they are in a perpetual wait-and-see mode with their B-ball team. They have almost always finished near the bottom in the Big 8/12 as well. I'm not sure why their fans would be too surprised at the outcome.

They've made the tournament. Never won a game I believe though.

Nebraska has made the NCAA Tournament 6 times... probably when they had that kid from Rapid City SD (Eric Piatkowski) who was the reason I ran into Luke Longley when he went to his wedding.
I guess when Eric played in LA for the Clippers they worked out together in the off season and surfed. Longley from Australia enjoyed that.
But he is the only player besides Woolridge that I can name that has played for them. What a history.

As far as I can tell they have had 7 NBA players ever. That seems incredibly low for a BCS school though I haven't looked into it that far.
